Automotive Film Limited Lifetime Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to professionally installed Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC brand Automotive Window Film.

Limitations per vehicle warranty are set forth below:

PRO CP, Maxjet Pro, MaxCoolIR, MaxIR and Carbon Xtreme Series

Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty including color stability and against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delamination for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the stated vehicle.

XCL Pro, HP Pro, & MJPHP Series

Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty including color stability and against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, demetallization and delamination for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the stated vehicle.

XP & XPP

Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC provides a limited 3 year warranty including peeling, cracking or delamination from original date of installation. This warranty is for the original customer and is non transferable.
Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of products not conforming to the original product. This Warranty is valid only when the products are used in compliance with all applicable state or provincial laws.

Installation of this product in a manner that violates state or provincial law is a misuse of the product and voids all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability.

Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for damage related to the use of this product in an illegal manner or application that constitutes failure to meet state or provincial rules and regulations.

Warranty Registration: This warranty can be validated by completing, detaching, and mailing the postcard on the right. This card must be filled out in its entirety and returned within 30 days of installation to validate warranty. This warranty is limited to the original customer and is non-transferrable. Warranty can also be registered by the installing dealer at maxprofilms.com

To Make A Claim: Retain this portion of the warranty card and sales receipt in order to process any claim. Any customer desiring warranty service should contact the nearest authorized Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC installer or write to: Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC; PO Box 567; Whiteville, NC 28472

If you choose to contact your professional installer who installed the product, they can, with your permission, contact Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC on your behalf for advance authorization for a repair or replacement.

Window Film Care: Maintenance should be followed to extend the life and appearance of your Maxpro Manufacturing, LLC Automotive Film, as well as maintain your warranty coverage. Do not roll down filmed windows for a period of five (5) days until the film has properly adhered to the glass. Do not wash the film for thirty (30) days after installation. Do not use abrasive cleaners or coarse cloths. Use a mild soap and clean, soft cloth or synthetic sponge.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO MANUFACTURING QUALITY. WARRANTY NOT VALID WITHOUT ROLL NUMBERS.

The installer is solely responsible for the quality of the installation on your vehicle.

Just wanted to follow up with you after my first order. Everything arrived this morning like you said it would and I have already used the new tint on a job.
